However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase. We have outlined our return policy below to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- We accept returns and exchanges for custom apparel that has manufacturing defects, such as printing errors, damaged items, or incorrect sizes.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom apparel that was correctly manufactured and delivered according to the specifications provided by the customer.

- Non-customized items, such as accessories or non-personalized clothing, may be eligible for return or exchange under our general return policy.

2. Return/Exchange Process:

- If you receive a custom apparel item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order to initiate the return or exchange process.

- To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and any supporting photographs.

- Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item or proceed with an exchange.

3. Return/Exchange Conditions:

- Custom apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

- Returns or exchanges for custom apparel will only be accepted if the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is deemed to have been misused, mishandled, or altered after delivery.

4. Refunds/Credits:

- If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item and verifying the manufacturing defect.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

- If you prefer, we can provide store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.

5. Shipping Costs:

- If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item or receiving the replacement.

- In case of general returns or exchanges for non-customized items, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs involved.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

- The following items are non-returnable:

- Custom apparel that was correctly manufactured and delivered according to the specifications provided by the customer.

- Items that are worn, washed, or altered after delivery.

- Non-customized items that have been personalized or customized.
